Papaya Pudong.

Tom Yum Kung is a spicy Thai dishes, It is spicy food of Thai food and hase a famous all over.
If anyone tried to eat and enamored with the flavors and spicy taste. This Thai dish is also a savory complement of Various Kind of Thai herbs such as galangal, lemon grass, and kaffir lime leaves served with chili paste and coconut cream that combine to enhance its flavoring appeal.This Thai cuisine delicacy is not only delicious but also nutritious as well. The dish contains protein from shrimp and fiber from other Thai herbs and ingredients of nutritional value. It’s believed that Thai herbs can help stop the growth of cancer. The savory scent of Tom Yum Kung is often used in aroma therapy for its relaxing and curing effects in the treatment of some diseases.



Ingredients and components.


1. The shrimp 15 If you want more, it depends..

2. 0.2 kg Mushroom or any oyster mushrooms.

3. lemon 3,make lemonade.

4. Paprika for about 15 tablets.

5. Shallots: 3-5.

6. Lemon grass : 2

7. Galangal about 4-5 piece

8. Kaffir lime leaves : 4-5 leaves.

9. Coriander root: 2

10. Coriander or Parsley : 2 .

11. Thai chilli paste ,but chilli had to burn.

12. Fish sauce

13. Not sweet cream.


How to Make tom yum kung


1. Wash shrimp barking out the remaining head and tail then Cut out after the black line.

2. Wash and Slice haft -cut or 4 piece depend on large of mushroom .

3. Peel shallots, then peel off clean.Cut splintery.

4. Wash the lemon grass, then thinly sliced.

5. Wash the Galangal, then thinly sliced.

6. Wash the Coriander root.

7. Kaffir lime leaves, clean out then tear out the middle line.

8. Coriander Wash thoroughly, cut into pieces 1 cm or half inch size.

9. Chilli clean.

10. Lemon clean then make lemonade.

11. Add chili paste in a bowl about 1 tablespoon then add not sweet cream about 45 cc. mix together,Same taste as you please.

12. Boiling water to boil. Then add Shallots ,Coriander root and Galangal to it.

13. Wait a few minutes fill fish sauce the test which Need to be salty, Because when add mushroom it is fresh taste.

14. Very boiling shrimp to enter, followed by the mushroom.

15. To force open the gas. Leave about 2 minutes, add lemon grass and kaffir lime leaves.

16. Leave about 2 minutes then turn off oven.

17.After closing stove then add mixer Chili and Milk Cup that you make in step 11.Same taste as you please.
